Cancellation Refund Schedule

We understand plans can change. Here's our straightforward refund policy.

More than 14 days before training
100% refund or free rescheduling
7-14 days before training
50% refund or free rescheduling
Less than 7 days before training
No refund, rescheduling subject to availability

Detailed Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our training. If you attend a training session and are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality or content, contact us within 7 days of the training date. We will work with you to either:

  • Provide additional support or resources to address your concerns
  • Offer a seat in an alternative training session
  • Process a full or partial refund based on the circumstances

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or reschedule your training:

  1. Email us at support@lcexpertsenterprises.com with your booking details
  2. Include your name, training date, and reason for cancellation
  3. We will respond within 2 business days to confirm your request

3. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment.

4. Corporate Training

For corporate training programs with customized content, the following applies:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before: Full refund minus preparation costs
  • Cancellation 14-30 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 14 days before: No refund (rescheduling available)

5. No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend without prior notice ("no-shows") are not eligible for refunds. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend.

6. HRDC Claims

If you have already submitted an HRDC claim for the training:

  • Refunds will be processed minus any HRDC-related administrative costs
  • You are responsible for notifying HRDC of the cancellation
  • We can assist with HRDC cancellation documentation if needed

7. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Bereavement
  • Natural disasters or government-mandated restrictions
  • Other circumstances at our discretion

8. Bundle and Package Purchases

For bundle purchases (multiple courses):

  • Refunds are calculated based on the individual course price, not the discounted bundle price
  • Partial refunds are available for unused courses within the bundle
  • Bundle discounts are forfeited if courses are refunded
