1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by LC Experts Enterprises ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
LC Experts Enterprises provides professional training, coaching, and consulting services in the areas of sales, marketing, leadership, and related business skills. Our services include but are not limited to:
- In-person and virtual training sessions
- Corporate training programs
- Individual coaching
- Online courses and resources
- HRDC documentation support
3. Registration and Enrollment
Account Creation
To enroll in our training programs, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
Enrollment Confirmation
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment or approved payment arrangement. We reserve the right to cancel enrollments if payment is not received by the specified deadline.
4. Payment Terms
- All prices are in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due before the training date unless other arrangements are made.
- For corporate clients, payment terms may be negotiated separately.
- We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and corporate purchase orders.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
By Participants
- More than 14 days before training: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 7-14 days before training: 50% refund or free rescheduling
- Less than 7 days before training: No refund, rescheduling subject to availability
By LC Experts
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to attend an alternative session.
6. HRDC Claims
For corporate clients eligible for HRDC refunds, we will assist with documentation and claim submission. However, we cannot guarantee approval of HRDC claims as this is at the discretion of the HRDC.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, content, and resources provided by LC Experts Enterprises are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or share training materials without written permission
- Record training sessions without prior approval
- Use our content for commercial purposes
8. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued to participants who successfully complete the training program requirements, including attendance and any assessments. Certificates remain the property of LC Experts Enterprises and may be revoked if obtained through fraud or misrepresentation.
9. Limitation of Liability
LC Experts Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific training program in question.
10. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Attend sessions punctually and participate actively
- Treat trainers and fellow participants with respect
- Refrain from disruptive behavior
- Maintain confidentiality of case studies and discussions
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate this code of conduct without refund.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
